Internal — shows sources, assumptions and what we still owe.
No VP is recorded against a quote, an order or a company in any system we hold. VPs span branches, so it cannot be derived from branch either. It needs either a VP field on the Phoenix account or a VP-to-estimator list from Landscape Workshop.

VP is not available yet — no VP is recorded against a quote, an order or a company in any system, and VPs span branches so it cannot be derived.

Two different questions. “vs. quote” is the dollars — the number in the card above. “Lines held” is how many individual items were billed at exactly their quoted price. A branch can hold most of its lines and still run over on dollars if the ones that moved were the expensive ones.

Only jobs finished end to end are comparable — freight is quoted once for a delivery plan and billed per leg, so a part-delivered job would always look under quote. A branch with no job finished in this period is listed with no figures rather than a zero.
Two baselines. Phased jobs are compared with the price agreed when the order was placed (the order snapshot); every other order with its quote. So a price renegotiated before a phased order was placed is not an overrun, and a size-up substituted into a phase afterwards is. Of this year’s 478 comparable lines on finished orders, 378 are phase lines matched to the snapshot and 100 are matched to a quote. Left out: 25 phase lines added after the order was placed, 2 with a $0 placeholder on the order, 1 with no quote line, and 8 placeholder prices (an order pushed through on $1–$2 prices and priced later). Breakdown measured 2026-09-30.
Orders nobody has started are excluded from both views. They add 203 lines, almost all still at their baseline price because little has happened to them yet. Including them moves the dollar figure from $35.1K to $33.7K and pulls the headline from 102.8% to 101.7%, mostly by enlarging the base.

Hover any part of a bar for the dollar value behind it. Percentages are by dollar value across every phase of a job, so a job whose remaining material is the expensive part will read as mostly outstanding even when most of the deliveries are done. That is the bar behaving correctly.

Communication is graded twice and shown once. Internally we score how well we kept you posted on the order and how well we kept you posted on the truck, at 20% each. They are the same promise to you, so they are one 40% dimension here. In this period 2 orders had one of the two flagged.

Quoted and Conversion follow the quotes sent out in this period. Orders placed and $ ordered follow the date each order was placed, so they include orders from quotes sent out earlier. Job-in-hand and live bids are combined here — the split is in the two funnels above. Estimator comes from the backfill Landscape Workshop returned, not from Phoenix; "Not yet assigned" is orders it does not cover yet.

These are reported separately on purpose. Combined they would read 12.4%, which describes neither: work Landscape Workshop has already won converts at 54%, while speculative bids convert at 0.5% and are often awarded a year or more after we quote them. Job-in-hand rolls up Phoenix’s JIH and QTO types, which Landscape Workshop treat as one thing.

Submittal package turnaround is deliberately not shown. Mike Bellows cut it on 2026-08-19: requests arrive by email to account management and are not logged as a countable event, and the ticket types that look like a source in Phoenix measure something else. Six records were found and none of them could be confirmed to be the thing LW mean. It comes back when there is a field that records the request and the return.
